Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and StarClub for the use of the StarClub app and website. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using StarClub you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

1. Who can use StarClub

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe. One person, one account — accounts may not be sold or transferred.

2. Behaviour in rooms and live streams

StarClub is a community. You agree not to:

• share sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or content involving minors;
• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
• share other people's personal information without their consent;
• spam, scam or promote gambling, or ask users to pay or trade outside StarClub;
• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified apps.

Room owners and admins may mute, kick or ban people in their rooms. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice where safety requires it.

3. Stars, diamonds and purchases

• Stars are a virtual item you buy to use inside StarClub — for gifts, games, lucky packets, video live and the store. Stars are a licence to use a feature, not money, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred outside StarClub except where the law requires.
• Diamonds are earned by hosts when they receive gifts. They show performance and may count towards host rewards under a separate host or agency agreement. Diamonds cannot be bought or cashed out in the app.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play, Razorpay or Stripe and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown before you pay.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may remove the stars it bought.

4. Games

Games in StarClub are for entertainment and use stars only. Results are random and fixed fairly in advance. Stars won in games have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

5. Hosts and agencies

Hosts may join an agency that supports and represents them. An agency can approve hosts for features such as Private Video Live. Arrangements between a host and their agency are between them; StarClub provides the tools but is not a party to that arrangement unless stated.

6. Your content

You own what you post. You give StarClub a licence to host, show and distribute it within StarClub so the service can work. You are responsible for having the right to share what you post.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account. Unused stars are lost when an account is deleted or suspended for breaking these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

StarClub is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for content and behaviour of other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use StarClub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
