Before you spend stars

Stars are optional. You can use voice rooms without buying them.
Decide a limit before you start, and stop when you reach it.
Do not spend money you need for rent, food, or bills.
Do not chase a result. A spin or a round is not a way to recover stars you already spent.
Take breaks. A game should not be the only thing you do in a room.

Age

StarClub is for people 18 and over. Do not let a minor use your account.

If it stops being fun

Stop buying stars. You can leave a room at any time, block people, and delete the account. Unused stars are forfeited when the account is deleted, so do not delete an account only to get a refund. Refund rules are on the refund page.

If spending feels out of control, talk to someone you trust and contact a local support service. StarClub does not operate a dedicated gambling helpline, and this page does not invent one. For immediate danger, call local emergency services (112 in India). You can also email support@starclubsupport.com.

Staff will never ask you to pay outside the app, to “double” stars, or to keep a loss secret.
