Be respectful

No harassment, bullying, threats, or continuing after someone has asked you to stop.
No hate or attacks based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or illness.

Keep it lawful and adult

No nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content in rooms, video live, avatars, covers, or messages.
No soliciting sexual services.
No content that sexualises anyone under 18. That is reported to the authorities.
No violence, no promotion of self-harm, and no glorifying terrorism.
No selling drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods.
Do not share someone’s private phone number, address, or photos without permission.

Keep it honest

Do not impersonate another user, a host, StarClub staff, or a public figure.
No scams, fake giveaways, “coin doubling”, requests for passwords or one-time codes, or demands to pay outside the app.
No spam, bots, or manipulation of gifts, PK results, rankings, or host earnings.
Buy stars only inside the app, through the payment flow the app presents.

In the room

Follow the host and the room rules.
Do not blast noise or music you do not have the rights to play.
Hosts should moderate the room and should not pressure listeners to send gifts.

If a rule is broken

Depending on the severity, StarClub may remove content, mute or remove you from a room, restrict features, withhold a payout, or suspend or close the account.

Report it

Use Report on a profile or message, or email support@starclubsupport.com. Reports are reviewed. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (112 in India). More contacts are on the grievance page.
